Click to reveal textDescription

The Hexa: Proximity series of prints are made by taking hexagonal arrangements of points in specific patterns and joining nearby points. The complete set of 15 forms a triangular array, where the arrangement of points becomes more elaborated in each successive row, and the interpretation of "near by" becomes more generous moving from left to right. The series starts with Hexa: Proximity (1, 1), which consists of a single point.

The bottom row of the series, consisting of Hexa: Proximity (5, 1) to Hexa: Proximity (5, 5), can be used as a stand-alone sequence.

Each panel 90 x 80 cm. Edition of 6 for each panel. Date: 2018.
